Weekly demos, documentation, training, then a month of optimisation. You own every account, key and repository.

Yohann Chekly founded YCM Ventures after three years running marketing operations for agencies and their clients. He does the discovery, writes the code, documents the system and hands it over. From the first call to the last demo, you talk to the person doing the work.

Fixed-price projects, scoped after a free assessment, or a monthly retainer for ongoing automation work. We invoice in EUR or AED by bank transfer. There is no hourly billing and no lock-in: you own every account and repository from day one.
Most automation systems ship in two to six weeks. An MVP takes four to eight weeks to a testable product. Advisory alone is one week: process map, tooling audit and a ranked roadmap.
Yohann Chekly, founder and manager of YCM Ventures LLC. He runs discovery, writes the code, documents the system and trains your team. Specialist collaborators are brought in only when a project needs them, and you are told when that happens.
For automation: n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI and Claude APIs, connected to your CRM, email, forms and reporting. For products: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase and Vercel. We connect what you already use before proposing anything new.
No trading or crypto, no payments handled on behalf of third parties, no staffing. If a request is outside our licence or our competence, we say so on the first call.
We will assess the problem and recommend the simplest, highest-impact solution. No pitch deck, a written answer within two working days.
