Our licensed activities are computer programming, IT consultancy and related activities, and management consultancy. We work with businesses on AI automation, operational systems, MVP development and advisory.

We are free to decline a request without giving a reason. Sending a message does not create a contract between us.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, design, code, logo and name — belongs to YCM Ventures LLC. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Rights in client work are defined in the individual contract. As a rule, the specific deliverables built for a client transfer to that client on full payment, while generic components, internal tooling and know-how remain owned by us and are licensed to the client for the agreed use, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Liability
We provide this website as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption.
